How does the pricing work?

STAR Expense offers a pricing model that caters to Hong Kong businesses of all sizes. We charge monthly based on the number of employees and offers unlimited submission for reimbursement requests. There is also no limitation to employer's usage.

How do I upgrade / downgrade my plan?

Users have the flexibility to adjust their usage by purchasing the correct plan that cater the needs for their companies. If more employee accounts are required, they can simply upgrade their plan. Likewise, if the user decides to reduce the number of employee accounts, users can choose to downgrade their plan. Note that it is essential for users to first remove the employees before downgrading upon expiration of the previous subscription plan.

How do I cancel my plan?

Canceling your plan with STAR Expense is easy. You can simply choose not to subscribe once your existing plan expires. This allows you to effectively stop using the system to reimburse expenses without incurring any further charges.

What happens when my plan is canceled?

When you have decided to cancel your subscription , your access to the reimbursement system will be ceased automatically. No additional actions are required and no charges will be incurred. However, please note that your data will be deleted after 30 days if no activties are detected.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, we will promptly notify you and give you the chance to update your payment information. Rest assured that during this grace period, your account will remain active. This ensures uninterrupted reimbursement service and continued access to all your important data.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including FPS, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This allows you to complete transactions using your preferred payment method with ease.
